Talented hero-heroine duo Nikhil Siddhartha and Anupama Parameswaran’s romantic love drama, 18 Pages is gearing up for a theatrical release on December 23rd. As the release date is nearing, the makers released the film’s theatrical trailer this evening.
The little more than 2 minutes trailer showcases the communication between the lead pair through text messages. While Siddhu(Nikhil) is seen as a trendy employee, Nandini( Anupama Parameswaran) is showcased as a girl with 90s thoughts and hobbies. What if Siddu loves Nandini? How will the duo face unexpected consequences without seeing each other? Role of a diary of Nandini? Will Siddhu and Nandini meet finally, expected to be the key crux? The lead pair Nikhil and Anupama are impressive in their roles as showcased in the promo. On the other hand, the suspense factor is maintained with good quick shots. The cinematography and background score elevates the mood of the film nicely in the promotional video. Overall, the 18 Pages trailer is impressive and promises a different perspective towards love.
The film’s story was written by Sukumar and has been directed by one of Sukumar’s proteges, Surya Pratap. Sukumar’s Sukumar Writings in association with the GA2 Pictures banner is bankrolling this romantic tale which runs in two different time zones. Gopi Sundar is a music composer.
