16 crore for Sarrainodu’s satellite rights!

It’s a stupendous summer for cine lovers with so many releases lined up. And it’s phenomenal how much of pre-release business each film is doing. If Oopiri’s satellite rights of Rs 14 crore was a mindboggler, Allu arjun’s yet-to-release actioner Sarrainodu has hit the bull’s-eye with a whopping Rs 16 crore for its satellite rights for its Telugu, Hindi and Malayalam version together!

The film which releases on April 22, sees the highest ever price for an Allu Arjun film. The film directed by Boyapati Srinu and starring Catherine Tresa and Rakul Preet Singh as the female leads shows Aadi Pinisetty in a never seen before baddie avatar. The film also sees Allu Arjun don the role of a soldier for the first time while Catherine Tresa plays an MLA.
